World Esports Cup (WEC) 2021 is finally here and the sign-up process has just started. Interested Free Fire fans can visit the website to start the WEC India registration process for the tournament. As part of the World Esports Cup tournament 2021 registration process, players need to provide details including their name, user name, and other details. Other required information includes mobile phone number, email address, country, city, age, and gender of the player.
As outlined in the announcement, WEC 2021 is open for Free Fire fans and players in India, Pakistan, and Nepal. This is the first time where India Today Gaming (ITG), the gaming and esports division of India Today Group is talking things to the international level. Looking at the format, ITG has divided WEC into different segments including the tournament qualifiers, country group stages, and the country finals. These stages will lead to the Grand Finals where teams representing all three countries will compete for the top spot.
The tournament matches will start in November 2021 with grand finals scheduled for January 2022. It is divided in multiple stages including WEC qualifiers, country-specific group stages, finals, and grand finals.
