Entertainment giant Sony has just shared the new list of games as part of its PlayStation Plus subscription service. These games will be available as part of the service from April 6, 2021. The highlight of the list is likely Oddworld: Soulstorm that will be available for PlayStation 5 owners across the globe. In addition to this, players will also get a chance to play Days Gone and Zombie Army 4: Dead War. Players can head to the PlayStation Plus section in the Store on their console to add these to their library. These come just days after Sony shared the list of free PlayStation games for its Play At Home program. Sony PlayStation Plus list of games for April 2021 out; details
According to the official blog post, Sony shared the details around the three new titles coming to PlayStation Plus. The company also shared the timeline for users to add these titles to their library. PlayStation Plus subscribers have till Mar 3 to claim these games and add them to their library. Like any other PlayStation Plus game in the past, one can access these games till the time they have an active subscription. In case they want to opt-out of the service, they can stop and come back to the subscription and previously added games.
Talking about the games, as mentioned, Oddworld: Soulstorm is likely the highlight of the PlayStation Plus lineup. This game is the sequel to Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty! that launched back in 2014. It is also a reimagination of the 1998 game, Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus. Inspecting the information available online, the title is set to launch on April 6, 2021.
Besides Oddworld, we also get the 2019 open-world Survival game, Days Gone. Currently, the game is exclusive to PlayStation, but Sony also plans to bring it to Windows in the coming months. Players will take on the role of Deacon St. John in a post-apocalyptic world after a global pandemic. Finally, the list closes with Zombie Army 4: Dead War, a third-person shooter that launched back in February 2020.
