Microsoft has just shared a new list of games coming to its subscription service, Xbox Game Pass this month. Like past announcements regarding the addition to Game Pass, we also get the list of games getting touch controls on xCloud. Besides, the company also shared the list of Game Pass titles getting a new update or DLC additions. We also got the list of games leaving the service along with new Xbox Game Pass Quests and Ultimate perks. The new announcement comes just hours after Microsoft announced that xCloud is coming to the PC and iOS devices. Microsoft Xbox Game Pass to get six new titles
The highlight of the new games coming to Xbox Game Pass is likely MLB The Show 21. As per the initial set of reports, the game has made its way to Xbox on the first day of the launch. This includes the latest Xbox Series X, Series S, and even the older Xbox One. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can play the Sony PlayStation Studio title on their console or xCloud. This means that it is also available on PS5 and PS4 and one can compete against PlayStation users with cross-platform play.
Other titles coming to the service include Phogs! landing on PC on April 22, and Second Extinction coming to all devices and the cloud on April 28. The list continues with Destroy All Humans! on xCloud, consoles, and PC on April 29 and Fable III and Fable Anniversary on xCloud on April 30. Microsoft also outlined that Xbox Game Pass now offers “more than 100 iconic PC games” to subscribers.
More titles get touch controls, DLC or game updates, perks, quests, and more
Digging further, the update also adds touch controls to six titles available on its cloud gaming service, xCloud. This includes Banjo-Kazooie, Battle Chasers: Nightwar, Killer Queen Black, Overcooked! 2, Wreckfest, and Double Dragon Neon. Microsoft also outlined the games getting a new DLC or an update. The list includes Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - The United States Civilization, Microsoft Flight Simulator: World Update IV, Sea of Thieves: Season 2, and the Free Lily update for Spiritfarer.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers also get new quests and Ultimate perks as part of the new announcement. The quests list includes Costume Quest 2 and Sea of Thieves quest. On the other hand, Game Pass Ultimate perks include the Warframe: Excalibur Jade bundle. Finally, Microsoft also reminded us of the games that will leave Game Pass on April 30. These include Endless Legend and Thumper on PC along with For the King, Fractured Minds, Levelhead, and Moving Out. All these titles were available on xCloud, consoles, and the PC.
