Rooter is now the exclusive broadcast partner for BGMI teams OR Esports and Team SouL

Game streaming and esports platform Rooter has just shared a new announcement around the Indian esports space. The company has teamed up with two of the top Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) teams, OR Esports, and Team SouL as the exclusive broadcast partner. OR Esports have already started streaming their matches from March 1. In addition to the regular gameplay streams, Rooter has also received executive rights to stream all their tournaments and other game events. Rooter partners with OR Esports BGMI team; details
First, let’s talk about the partnership between Rooter and OR Esports BGMI team. It is not just limited to game streaming as Rooter will also serve as a sponsor in all the upcoming tournaments and events in 2022. This means that Rooter will “have its logo presence on all” the related merchandise and social media handles. It is worth noting that this partnership is set to conclude by the end of 2022 as of now. Fans can catch both the currently active roster and content creators from OR Esports on Rooter. The complete list of players and content creators from OR includes Jelly, Anto, Tanisha, and Aditya. OR Esports is the only BGMI team from India to achieve a finish on the podium “at a Global Championship” tournament.
Pole To Win (PTW) International CEO and CPO, Kasturi Rangan issued a statement as part of the announcement. Rangan said, “We are thrilled to partner with Rooter to deliver an incredible gaming experience to our team of streamers and fans. The country's leading Esports player and its community backing us reaffirm OR Esports' commitment to scale Esports in India.” He also added, “This partnership will provide Rooter a perfect platform to engage its existing professional gamers and streamer community with our team members and achieve common milestones together.”
The Founder and CEO of Rooter, Piyush Kumar also shared a statement around the partnership stating, “OR Esports has already taken the Indian BGMI space by storm with their fiercely talented, playfully unpredictable crew of content creators, and living legends of Esports.” Kumar concluded by adding, “Teaming up with them will help us build a fun, massive, and competitive community of streamers and influencers on our platform.”
Team SouL to also go exclusive with the streaming platform
Rooter has not shared details about the partnership with Team SouL except the initial announcement on social media. We have reached out to the company to inquire about the duration and scope of the partnership with SouL. We will update this copy when we receive additional information. In the meantime, both these partnerships will ensure that OR and SouL fans will have to join Rooter to watch and support their respective teams.
