Krafton, the video game publisher behind one of the most-awaited smartphone games, Battlegrounds Mobile India has just started pre-registrations for the title. As noted in the past, the Battle Royale smartphone game pre-registration is currently only available on Google Play Store. This likely means that Apple iOS users need to wait a little longer. It comes just days after the company first shared the pre-registration availability for the upcoming game. Krafton has shared some screenshots of the upcoming game as part of the Google Play Store listing.
We also got a new video trailer regarding the pre-registration of Battlegrounds Mobile with Bollywood Star Arshad Warsi. Besides Warsi, the trailer also included prominent video game streamers and influencers including Dynamo, Jonathan, and Kronten. This video ad seems to the extended version of the 24-second clip that first surfaced in November 2020. Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registration begins, details
Gamers can head to the Battlegrounds Mobile India listing on Google Play Store to pre-register. As noted in a past report, Krafton is offering some pre-registration rewards to its fans. In addition, pre-registration also ensures that the game will automatically download on the smartphone of the user when it launches. After inspecting the listing, we also got an official poster for the game with Warsi, Dynamo, Jonathan, and Kronten. Rest of the screenshots in the Battlegrounds Mobile India listing showcase a similar game setting. This includes the in-game characters, environment, vehicles, weapons, and maps.
Talking about the pre-registration rewards, Battlegrounds Mobile India publisher Krafton revealed the items. As per the listing (and the video trailer), fans will get a Recon Mask, a Recon outfit, a “Celebration Expert” title, and 300 Ace Gold (AG). The description of the game noted that the game is based on Unreal Engine 4 where players will compete in different modes.
Krafton reaffirmed that Battlegrounds Mobile India is made for India and it will feature “exclusive India specific in-game events”. Players will also get India-specific outfits, features, and a localized esports ecosystem. Battlegrounds Mobile India will start with “amazing launch week events” where players can get a chance to own “exclusive outfits”.
