Apex Legends: New Celestial Sunrise collection Event, features new LTM Hardcore Royale 

Apex Legends has its third collection event for Season 15 coming out soon, the Celestial Sunrise Collection Event. This event includes numerous premium cosmetic items as well as a new limited-time game mode. The Celestial Sunrise will premiere on January 24, 2023, and will run until February 7, 2023. Aside from that, Respawn is ready to set the mood for the month of February with a new LTM called Date Night.

The Celestial Sunrise Collection Event has aesthetic references to Chinese New Year, as shown in the trailer.

 

 

The new LTM: Hardcore Royale 

The new Hardcore Royale, similar to Trios, makes information sharing in the squad critical. This mode appears to be favorable to highly-ranked and competitive players, who are sick of the traditional battle royale format. The mode will be limited to Accounts level 20 and above. 

In this game mode, armor is limited to white armor and cannot be upgraded by damage, crafting, or looting. Helmets have been removed, which makes headshots more lethal or rewarding.

Hardcore Royale Gameplay changes:

• Limited HUD
• White Armor Only 
• No Helmets 
• Armor doesn’t spawn in Deathboxes (Players cannot swap armors) 
• Ring starts at maximum damage 

 

Cosmetic Items

The Celestial Sunrise Collection Event brings the addition of 24 limited-time cosmetic items to the first-person shooter battle royale game. Legendary Skins for Octane, Pathfinder, Caustic, Ash and several others will be available. 

 

 

Gamers can obtain these cosmetic items by swapping Apex Coins or Crafting Materials, and also in the Celestial Sunrise Event Apex for the entire event. Players who unlock all 24 items before the event concludes will receive "Jadeite Retribution," a new Reactive Peacekeeper Skin.

New bundles available

Some limited-time offers will be available in the Store Tab of Apex Legends. The offers include Lion’s Guard and Opalescent Bundles. The Galatic Guardian Bundle will be available from January 24 to January 27. Apart from that, the Wise Warrior Bundle can be availed between January 31 to February 3.

Reward Tracker

Aside from challenges being refreshed daily, players can earn up to 1,600 points per day. All of the tasks will be combined with the Battle Pass, allowing users to complete numerous challenges at the same time.

Date Night LTM coming soon

Following the conclusion of the Celestial Sunrise Collection Event, a new LTM, Date Night, will be available for players. Being a lover and a gamer would be the icing on the cake with the addition of this mode.

Date Night is a new mode with a unique healing method. If your partner is around when you finish the healing, they will also be affected by the item's effects.

Aside from that, a limited-time weapon called The Heart Stealer will be accessible. This weapon is a romanticized version of the Bocek, and it heals you for a percentage of the damage you do.
